Highly recommend!!!! I have very unique tire (305/35/24) and could not find a place anywhere around that could mount them. Everyone wanted to sell me tires but that's all they could do. Stopped by Tire Outlet this morning just to see if they could do it, they told me they could and then had someone run to the Distributor to pickup the new tires and got them mounted and balanced, was out the door and hour after stopping by. Price was better than anyone around, if you need tires and haven't called them or stopped in, you absolutely should!!! I'll be back and will send everyone I can to them. Can't remember all names sorry but I talked to Zack, Art, Johnny and others......all were incredible to work with. ~ Bruce C

Very impressed with this place. It's meant to be a quick service but they were still very honest and thorough. The guy immediately told me that the because of the way my rim was dented (didn't effect how strait it was or the tire seal) he wasn't confident that correcting it in the traditional way was worth the risk of damaging the rim cosmetically and explained the process. The manager or owner was on the phone calling rim places to see what a used rim may cost if I want to go that route in the future. They got me a new valve stem as requested and it was a good price. This place is great! Zac the owner was very accommodating to me. Made sure he went above and beyond for me. All of his guys are very kind and professional. I would highly recommend. I had bought a new car and a day later my rim got bent on these lovely Syracuse pot holes, left me devastated a new one from the dealer was $1300 for one!!! I went to see Zac because I have gotten tires from him multiple times and he showed me rims and assured me everything was going to be alright he had the brand new rims there the very next day and had them on and ready to go within a hour. So I've been coming to these guys since at least 2022. Even before they moved over to Mattydale. Then when they did, I came and saw them their first week in the new place, they put 4 really nice used tires on for me. I had those tires from about spring/fall 2023 to today. during that time, I also made 7 trips to KY and added 12k miles alone doing that. These tires have paid for themselves over and over and over again. This is why I come to them. they're so nice and helpful. I came in super last minute today and they took care of me once again. This guy was attentive and helpful from the beginning. My bf and I called about 20 mins before closing to get pricing and information. We came in this morning 9/17 everything was exactly what he said it would be. Everyone here is nice. And the best part is the wholesale prices! I’ve been needing tires for a while now, we got in and out within 30mins each. I got used tires my bf got brand new tires for his 2021 suv. Located right in Mattydale. Came in here on my break with my spare on and with hopes to just get my tires diagnosed and potentially a quote if I had to get them replaced. I had no idea that I would actually have time to both of my tires replaced all while on my break. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and even point me in other directions for other car issues I had. These guys are absolutely great !!!!!! They helped me out tremendously and even came to my home and changed all 4 of my tires for a fee but it was well worth it and way cheaper then towing my car !!! I will be a forever customer! Everyone is kind and so easy to talk to and they explain everything detailed when I had questions! I spoke with Art this morning about 4 tires for my Fiat and he had them in stock! This place is absolutely the best. Kelly on the phone was a sweetheart. I am thrilled with my new tires and the warranty that comes with them and the price was right!! Amazing all the way. If you need tires look no further as this is THE place to go. When you initially roll up the place looks a little rough but that’s because it has a new owner, I assure you these guys are rock solid. Brought my $150,000 van to these guys today to put new tires on. I’ve dealt with a lot of people, I really hope the owner and his team massive success. They’re genuine, honest and humble people. This place is awesome! They had so many sets in my size, some were like brand new i got quoted over 900 for new they had the same brand used still 90% tread left with installation i paid $375 and gave me a 30 day warranty! Where they got me was they said even after 30 days if i had problem to come back! These guys are the best in Syracuse. Stop in ask for zac the owner he is so helpful ! ~ Chelsea C

Woke up with the worst thing u possibly can! A flat tire lol. On a Friday morning non the less.i knew I had been needing some for a month or two so I wasn’t too upset.if you’ve ever bought tires then you know how that can ruin half your day with the hours of hassle. I have known Zach since he was in high school and he would come to the pizzeria after school for slices. The guy has always been a great human being. He is a very hard working young Man. This is for Nick If you would have gotten dry rotted tires. We stand behind every tire we sell so we would have replaced them but if you don’t come back, we tell everybody you got a 30 day warranty on any tire that you buy so if you don’t come back and you just wanna complain then I guess Nick you got what you got. ~ Art P

I am blown away by their kindness and dedication. Johnny spent an hour and a half trying to find the slow leak on my tires. He went above and beyond, realigning the tires, checking the pressure multiple times just to be sure I’m all set once he figured out the problem. Would highly recommend them!! ~ Richelle T
