This place is great! Zac the owner was very accommodating to me. Made sure he went above and beyond for me. All of his guys are very kind and professional. I would highly recommend. I had bought a new car and a day later my rim got bent on these lovely Syracuse pot holes, left me devastated a new one from the dealer was $1300 for one!!! I went to see Zac because I have gotten tires from him multiple times and he showed me rims and assured me everything was going to be alright he had the brand new rims there the very next day and had them on and ready to go within a hour. I can’t thank him enough.

So I've been coming to these guys since at least 2022. Even before they moved over to Mattydale. Then when they did, I came and saw them their first week in the new place, they put 4 really nice used tires on for me. I had those tires from about spring/fall 2023 to today. during that time, I also made 7 trips to KY and added 12k miles alone doing that. These tires have paid for themselves over and over and over again. This is why I come to them. they're so nice and helpful. I came in super last minute today and they took care of me once again. I appreciate them so much

Came in here on my break with my spare on and with hopes to just get my tires diagnosed and potentially a quote if I had to get them replaced. I had no idea that I would actually have time to both of my tires replaced all while on my break. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and even point me in other directions for other car issues I had. I spoke with Art this morning about 4 tires for my Fiat and he had them in stock! This place is absolutely the best. Kelly on the phone was a sweetheart. I am thrilled with my new tires and the warranty that comes with them and the price was right!! Amazing all the way. If you need tires look no further as this is THE place to go. This place is awesome! They had so many sets in my size, some were like brand new i got quoted over 900 for new they had the same brand used still 90% tread left with installation i paid $375 and gave me a 30 day warranty! Where they got me was they said even after 30 days if i had problem to come back! These guys are the best in Syracuse. Stop in ask for zac the owner he is so helpful !

Woke up with the worst thing u possibly can! A flat tire lol. On a Friday morning non the less.i knew I had been needing some for a month or two so I wasn’t too upset.if you’ve ever bought tires then you know how that can ruin half your day with the hours of hassle. Lucky for me I called art at the tire outlet. Got me in as soon as I pulled up. In and out in less than a hour. Highly recommended

I have known Zach since he was in high school and he would come to the pizzeria after school for slices. The guy has always been a great human being. He is a very hard working young Man. He would give u the shirt off of his back. Big up to Zack and his Dad Big Art. I guarantee this shop stands behind there words ..

This is for Nick If you would have gotten dry rotted tires. We stand behind every tire we sell so we would have replaced them but if you don’t come back, we tell everybody you got a 30 day warranty on any tire that you buy so if you don’t come back and you just wanna complain then I guess Nick you got what you got.

Came in with a flat on the way from Niagara to Boston. Hit one of Syracuse legendary potholes. These fellas got us on the road quickly and honestly. Nice group of hard working, tremendously focused guys. Very grateful for a shop like this. Ask for Art and Zac - awesome guys.

Got a flat and had to ride on the rim for Ike five miles. My rim got bent up pretty bad. Came over to tire outlet company and they straightened my rim out quickly and effectively. These guys are lifesavers!
